No consulting services are delivered directly through this website. All paid consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements (SOW/MSA) which prevail over these Terms.

  • Not to upload malware, malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the site’s systems.

While we maintain reasonable technical and security standards, JSN Consulting is not liable for temporary service outages, disruptions, or data issues caused by third-party cloud infrastructure or service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • JSN Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of this website, or reliance on any information contained herein.
  • Except for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, the total aggregate liability of JSN Consulting arising out of or in connection with your use of this website shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to JSN Consulting in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For website-only users who have not paid any fees, this liability cap effectively limits recoverable damages to a nominal amount as permitted by law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
